Ingredients for Easy & Heavenly Delicious Avocado Spread:
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
1 red pepper, chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely minced
1 small red onion, chopped
fresh dill, finely chopped
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Himalayan pink salt to taste
Instructions for Easy & Heavenly Delicious Avocado Spread:
1. Mash avocado with a fork in a medium bowl.
2. Add the minced garlic, chopped red pepper, onion and fresh dill.
3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and Himalayan salt, and stir together.
4. Spread this heaven on a raw cracker, slice of sourdough bread or toast.
