Ingredients for Rainbow Green Smoothie Bowl:
Serves 2
2 cups tightly packed organic kale leaves
2 ripe bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
1 large ripe mango, stoned, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tbsp. chia seeds, soaked in coconut water or filtered water for at least 30 minutes
6-8 dates, pitted
coconut water (or filtered water) to adjust the consistency
* For the topping:
mango
banana
kiwi
goji berries (frozen or dried)
raw hazelnuts (or other raw nuts)
chia seeds
shredded coconut
Instructions for Rainbow Green Smoothie Bowl:
1. Place kale, bananas, mango and dates in a blender. Add some coconut water (or filtered water) and blend until creamy and smooth.
2. Add the chia seeds and blend for another 20 seconds.
3. Pour this green goodness in a bowl and top with mango, banana, kiwi, goji berries (frozen or dried), raw hazelnuts (or other raw nuts), chia seeds and shredded coconut.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy this lovely Rainbow Green Smoothie Bowl as a healthy morning breakfast.
