And today, we talk about Vanilla Banana Ice Cream! Another amazing vegan ice cream flavor worth trying! It’s diary free, sugar free and most important totally guilty free : )
The recipe is so quick and easy to prepare! All you need is frozen ripe bananas, vanilla extract and high speed blender or food processor of course. Don’t forget to top this banana goodness with your favorite berries, fruits, raw nuts, coconut flakes, chocolate chunks or whatever you love : ) I topped it with homemade raw vegan chocolate spread and some raw hazelnuts. Ingredients for Vanilla Banana Ice Cream (Vegan, Diary Free, Sugar Free):
4 frozen ripe bananas, sliced or cut into chunks
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
nut milk (or filtered water), as needed
For the topping:
homemade raw vegan chocolate spread
Instructions for Vanilla Banana Ice Cream (Vegan, Diary Free, Sugar Free):
1. Put the frozen sliced bananas and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender or food processor.
2. Add some nut milk or filtered water and proceed until the mixture is perfectly soft.
3. Serve immediately and top this heavenly creamy Vanilla Banana Ice Cream with chocolate spread & raw hazelnuts or create the most delicious ice cream topping according to your taste : )
