Our long awaited family trip to Siem Reap, Cambodia a few months ago was an unforgettable experience! Who knew that this beautiful temple town had such a vibrant vegan food scene? We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of amazing vegan and vegetarian-friendly spots there. Everywhere the restaurants were beautifully decorated, the service was fantastic and the food… heavenly delicious. So, here’s our guide to The Best Vegan Restaurants In Siem Reap, that we highly recommend you to visit!
The Best Vegan Restaurants In Siem Reap
#1 Green-Go Garden
Green-Go Garden turned out our favorite vegan spot in Siem Reap! Beautiful and stylish decor, relaxing atmosphere, fantastic vegan food and extremely polite staff… The location was very central, right next to Angkor Night Market. We came here several times and enjoyed every minute in this lovely place. We even had the chance to meet and chat with the owner, who was a very nice and friendly guy from Malta.
We absolutely adored every vegan dish that we have ordered. The Tofu & Vegetable Skewers and Tofu Balls Rice in Tomato Sauce turned out a total hit with our two monkeys. My favorite one was the Mushrooms Ravioli… I’m still thinking about that amazing taste and flavor! The Falafel with Avocado and the vegan pizza were also incredibly tasty.
As you can see from the pictures, the portions in Green-Go Garden are super huge. The prices are reasonable too. The main meals start from US$ 4 to US$ 7,50, the pizza costs US$ 5,50 and the salad bowls US$ 3,5 (the mini salad bowls on the pictures cost US$ 1).
We highly recommend this little gem in the heart of Siem Reap to anyone who loves beautiful, healthy and insanely delicious vegan food. We can’t wait to come back here again!

12.00 pm – 11.00 pm
Good vibes, pure vegan food, lovely atmosphere… Vibe is the first 100 % plant-based cafe and a must visit in Siem Reap. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the great selection of healthy, organic and nutritious vegan dishes with plenty of raw, sugar-free and gluten-free options. We loved the cozy stylish decor and serene atmosphere. There was a cute outdoor sitting area on the first floor. However, we preferred to have lunch on the second floor, where we found a lovely chill out corner with a beautiful hanging swing chair.
Needless to say, the food in Vibe was incredibly tasty! Toni and the kids ordered Honest burger (super yummy & nutritious) and I took the beautiful Earth to table bowl (organic quinoa & brown rice, chickpeas, almond feta, roasted tomato & peppers, lettuce, activated almonds & sprouts). The prices here were absolutely reasonable (US$ 2,5 to US$ 7 ) and a total value for money.

#3 Moringa Bar
Moringa Bar is maybe the coolest vegan/vegetarian spot in the heart of Siem Reap! In fact, the owner of Green Go-Garden recommended us this cozy little gem and we were more than happy to visit it. Great music, relaxing atmosphere, lovely tropical vibe… You will fall in love with this adorable place, set in a lush green garden. The food was fantastic, the service was great and the staff, one of the loveliest we’ve met in Siem Reap.
Be ready for amazing vegan & vegetarian options here. As plant-based food lovers, we ordered Ten Tofu Nuggets (crispy British beer-battered organic tofu nuggets) and Sweet Potato Nachos (a huge platter with white beans, green onion, black olives and tomato over gold & purple sweet potato chips, served with salsa). Both tasted superb and the kids just loved them. We also tried the Cambodian Bánh Mì Baguette, which was super huge and incredibly tasty. The craft beer was really good as well. In addition, the prices here were a little bit lower than the other vegan-friendly restaurants in Siem Reap (US$ 3,5 to US$ 5 ). So, I think this cool place in Siem Reap should be on your bucket list!

#4 Banllé Vegetarian Restaurant
Banllé Vegetarian Restaurant was such a pleasant surprise. It was set in a peaceful garden, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Beautiful Asian-style decor with comfy and relaxing sitting areas under shaded trees. The food here was incredibly delicious and maybe twice cheaper than the other vegan/vegetarian spots in Siem Reap. They also had their own little farm surrounding the restaurant. As any other place in the temple town, the staff here was super kind and friendly and provided a great service.
We found lots of lovely vegan options on the menu. The Vegan Eggplant Tempura is a must try! The Spinach Wrapped, Browned Rice Burger and Wonton Soup were heavenly delicious as well. The prices here are usually between US$ 2,50 – US$ 5, as most of the main dishes cost around US$ 3,5 – US$ 4.

#5 La Pasta
As huge pizza & pasta lovers, we were more than happy to visit this lovely vegan and vegetarian-friendly Italian restaurant. We had fresh green salad and the most delicious homemade vegan pizza and lasagna! The prices here range from US$ 3,50 to US$ 7,50, as most of the pasta costs US$ 7,50. I think that was maybe the most expensive place we have visited in Siem Reap but it was all worth it!

#6 Gelato Coffee and Lab
If you are heading to Siem Reap, Gelato Coffee and Lab should be on your bucket list. This cool little cafe with stylish decor offers a great selection of super yummy Italian gelato. They have both dairy and dairy-free ice cream options, all made of natural ingredients. Good vibe, extremely friendly staff, great service and adorable sitting areas to chill out… One of the best vegan spots in Siem Reap!
